Hydraulic accumulators ABVE are dedicated most of all to the energy storage as hydraulic fluid under pressure. They are widely used in automatic machines and mobile applications. The ABVE accumulators are interchngeable with most bladder accumulators in market.
Nominal capacity: from 4 through 50 dm3; maximum operating pressure: up to 350 bar.
The ABVE bladder accumulators consist of a forged steel body, a bladder, a charging valve and and oil side orifice fitted with a poppet valve which prevents extrusion of the bladder. Additionally there is an air bleed scerw used during system start-up on oil side. Type of elastomer and inside coating determine allowable working fluids. It is mineral-based hydraulic oil as a standard but the accumulator can be adopted to work with other fluids.
The accumulators of ABVE series are used for the energy storage in order to release it in the periods of the increased flow demand during a working cycle. It enables to use lower displacement hydraulic pumps – adapted to average flow of the hydraulic circuit rather than to the maximum demanded flow, like usually.
- Capacity: 4 – 50 dm3;
- Maximum allowable operating pressure: 350 bar;Akumulator hydrauliczny ABVE
- Charging: with charging screw or charging valve;
- Operating temperature range: from -20 to +80°C (standard);
- Mineral-based hydraulic fluids (standard).
- Component parts interchangeable with most accumulators available on the market;
- Dimensions allow easy installation and also use in batteries;
- Modular construction;
- Poppet valve prevents extrusion of the bladder.
Vesrions and accesories
The ABVE accumulators are available with charging screw in standard version. The ABVE4 accumulator can work at 350 bar and other versions (ABVE10-50) can work at 330 bar. Additional accesories include fixed clamps made of zinc-plated steel and stainless steel and adaptors according to the catalogue.
Hydropneumatic accumulators are gas pressure vessles and therefore the manufacture of such vessles must conform to CE directive 97/23/CE (replaced by 2014/68/EU). Farther, accumulators of less than 1 litre capacity cannot be stamped CE, but hydroaccumulators made by Hydro Leduc are supplied with manufacturer’s certificate and conform to the CE directive. Accumulators of 1 litre capacity ore more are supplied with CE certificate; they bear the CE stamp and the reference of the official organisation certifying their conformity. According to applications, additional technical inspection UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) or TDT (Transportowy Dozor Techniczny) is required in Poland.
