Fixed displacement axial piston hydraulic pumps PA are mostly dedicated to mobile applications. Either clockwise or counter-clockwise direction of rotation, the relative insensitivity to pollutants, excellent bearing and double sealing make them ones of the most long-lasting pumps on the market. The PAC piston pumps are compact versions of PA series.
Maximum rotational speed: up to 2500 rpm; maximum pressure: up to 500 bar.
Fixed displacement axial piston hydraulic pumps PAC are compact versions of PA series. The same performance is combined with smaller dimensions. While it keeps the PA series advantages like high working pressure, contamination insensitivity, either clockwise or counter-clockwise direction of rotation, excellent bearings and double sealings, they are significantly smaller than PA pumps.
Fixed displacement axial piston hydraulic pumps PAI are dedicated to mobile applications with 3-orifices PTO’s. They fit for vehicles and machines assembly with open loop systems. Hydraulic piston pumps of PAI series are 3-orifice and 6-spline version of well know PA pumps, which are long-lasting and reliable source of the hydraulic power in mobile hydraulics.
The ID of Hydro Leduc pumps is an ellastic, transparent tube enabling control of the space between the double sealing. It is worthwhile taking note of the high maximum continuous pressure – 350 bar and the peak pressure up to 500 bar. All pumps are being delivered with the standard DIN ISO flange and shaft to fit most of the european PTOs.
Features:
- Displacement of PA pumps: 12 – 114 cm3/rev;
- Displacement of PAC pumps: 26 – 78 cm3/rev;
- Rotational speed of PA pumps: up to 2500 rpm;
- Rotational speed of PAC pumps: up to 2200 rpm;
- Maximum pressure: 350/500 bar (continuous/peak).
Advantages:
- Easy to install and use;
- Resistant to pressure peaks;
- Relatively insensitive to contamination;
- Capable of work with slightly degraded fluids;
- Either clockwise or counterclockwise rotation with no user intervention;
- High durability.
Applications
The PA and PAC pumps can be used in trucks (tippers, forestry and construction cranes, hook lifters etc.) and in special vehicles and machines (e.g. drills, winchers, controll systems).
