HG, KG and JPG valves are pressure reducing valves, spool type. Pressure setting is adjusted by screw or regulating knob. Clockwise rotation increases the pressure.
Maximum pressure: 350 bar (HG), 315 bar (KG and JPG), maximum flow: from 50 l/min (HG) to 300 l/min (JPG-3)
Atos has produced four sizes of such plate valves: NG06 (HG), NG10 (KG), NG16 (JPG-2) and NG25 (JPG-3). Depending on the size of the valve, they can be direct operated or double stage:
- HG – direct acting, three way valve,
- KG – double stage, three way valve,
- JPG – double stage, two way valve
Valves in this series can fulfill the function of pressure reduction in three ports: P, A or B.
